READY thanks Berkeley Home Central London
On the 7th June, Berkeley Homes hosted a launch party in aid of the partnership in fund raising for READY. The event was held in Their exclusive luxury apartments in Cleland House in Westminster, and was attended by over 100 staff members, 8 of the charities Trustees and Brendan Twomey, Managing Director Berkeley Homes (Central London) Ltd. Guest appearances from Angus Fraser, Managing Director of Middlesex County Cricket Club, England Selector and READY Patron, and two of the Middlesex players were also popular with the staff, as was the attendance of Silver Rio Paralympic medalist Toby Gold.
Toby gave a heart warming speech about what READY has done for him and continues to do for other disabled children by giving them the self belief that they can play and take part in sport, at any level.
The event was a huge success and READY are looking forward to working alongside Berkeley Homes Central London for the next three years.
